Hi everyone,
I have recently been diagnosed with Kienbocks disease and have just had an operation to revascularise the blood supply to my lunate.
I have had a frustrating last few months because of the pain in my wrist.
I am hoping to hear from someone who has also had this operation and find out how it went.
My wrist is currently in a cast, but it still feels like it did before, is this normal? how long until the pain stops?
I have been advised that if the operation is not a success I will have to have another operation to fuse the bones in my wrist. I hope this does not happen because I cant afford any more time away from work.
