I started enbrel three weeks ago, and I haven't seen anything yet but know I have to give it a chance.  Has anyone seen anything good from enbrel?  I think my left shoulder is in real trouble because it feels like it is about to come out of the socket, and ankles are hurting so bad I can't stand it.  I've resisted the pain meds so far but really don't know how much longer thats gonna last.  What does anyone else think?  Thanks guys.

hi enbrel has worked for me. i think within a few weeks i noticed i could lift my arms at my shoulder and comb my hair again. i have just restarted it this past month after a short hyatis and already my fingers are looking human again. well maybe not totally human but i see knuckles! i am not pain free but my mobility has improved. i think that is the greatest improvement both times in my increase range of motion in my joints - not pain free but not bad either. i hope it will work for you. do you take mtx with it? kep me posted thanks yals

I take Enbrel and it has helped..I have to say I notice when I DON'T take it that is for certain.  I will start taking it twice weekly very soon since my dosage doesn't last the full week, you may want to consider this if your once a week isn't helping. Good luck to you.
