I just found out this week that I have Inflammatory Arthritis that is going along with my Crohn's disease.
What do you do to control yours?   I just started on Sulfasalazine yesterday.  Its suppose to take care
of both the arthritis and crohn's.   I'm also on Cipro until next week to help with just my Crohn's flare.

Many of the same things that help control chron's may help with the arthritis, steroids, antiinflamitories (Iknow they are counterindicated in most people with chron's) and immune suppresents on the medical side.
Rest, low stress, and palative things like heat and ice on the non medical side.
I am sorry you are going through this and hope you find some relief soon.
