I'm in dx limbo too. My ankles give me problems as well. Not sure what to tell you. For me, we don't know if it's my lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis, RA or Ankylosing Spondylitis. Great mixture of possibilities
I'm still learning about RA and what it affects, but I think the ankles are one of the joints that it does attack. I hope others can help you out more. It's terrible living in pain. Mornings are hard on me too. I'm at the point where the stiffness and pain doesn't let up after an hour or so. It's with me all day now. BLAH!
