     smilewinkgrin Hello everyone.
Went to the endocrinologyst on Monday for results on bone scan and blood work.
She told me everything was really looking good. In fact my bone loss has seems to have reversed .  I have osteoarthritis and osteoperosis degenerative disk disease. I had a Reclast infusion last year and need to know if I should get one this year. She wasent real thrilled on the idea but since it seems to have worked she is ordering one more this year.
I know we are all on the same boat with arthritis pain. Now that the weather has changed I am really in pain. Can only take half a Tylenol a day, due to another ilness. So my question for anyone is about Acupuncture. Have you tried it . Does it work. I understand they can do it on an ear. Or do the pins all over the body. So if anyone has any experience please let me know. Thanks june yeah

I did accupuncture for 3 months last year. I was having alot of lower back pain and my legs felt like I was walking thru sludge. I had a MD doc who specialized in accupuncture do mine. He put pins in the key points in my legs, on my hands, my arms and my collarbone area. It was a bit uncomfortable if he placed the pins a bit too deep but other then that it didn't hurt at all. I believed it truly did help me. It took a long time to get the energy back into my legs and my lower back didn't seem to hurt as much. The pain is coming back again so I may have to pay him a visit soon. I went in a true skeptic and came out a believer.
