I have those too, two on one thigh and one on the other. A couple years back my PCP looked at mine and said the name but I have since forgotten. He said they weren't cancerous or anything so I pretty much put it at the bottom of the list. At that time I had one but now I have more. Mine stick up a little and during shorts weather I find myself messing with them. I don't have a dermatologist appointment anytime soon. Guess both of us need to take our scales to get them checked out.
BTW, as I get older, I am acquiring a lot more small brown NONscaly spots - old age spots. I HATE them!!!! UGH.....
