Hi,

I recently have been diagnosed with RA. My ring finger and index finger (same on the opposite hand), are started to get crooked mid knuckle. These fingers have had the most degeneration.

Any suggestions to stop them getting worse, or better yet, straighten them?

Some medications [such as methotrexate] have been shown to dramatically reduce the deformity in fingers. So hopefully you are on one of theose meds. As far as the damage that has already occurred, surgery can be performed to reduce pain and correct deformity.
