If you would like, you can open a new thread and introduce yourself and also start a conversation on the topic of gout treatment.
If you go back and read the article you will see that there is no cure, it can only be managed. And, the article also states that home remedies may help alone or could be used along with the medications prescribed by the doctor. It does not state that exercise, diet and a healthy lifestyle are a cure all for gout.
The fact that everyone is different and responds differently to treatments is one of the reasons we are here: to listen, to offer helpful tidbits of info and to receive others opinions.
