Hi everyone,
I went to my first Hydro therapy class yesterday and enjoyed it. I am really hoping it will help ease the pain, I must say I was extremely nervous going into the pool as it was also the first time I have been in a pool with my ileostomy, I had horrible visions of my appliance coming off or springing a leak in the pool, but thank god that didn't happen. Take care all keep u posted

I loved the hydro therapy, the company did me as much good as the exercises! But I built up a lot of strength under water that I just wouldn't have been abe to do above it.

Now I've finished my course but still keep up the under water movement to keep my flexibility. I don't want to go back to being as weak as I was.

I hope I'll be elligible for another session soon.

Best wishes, golitho
