Has anyone tried therapain? I have arthritis pain in my hands and I'm looking for natural relief, it's a topical spray. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, I have never heard of it.  In the past, I tried many of the topical creams, rubs etc and all they did was feel too hot or too cold or they burned my skin.  They never really worked for my RA.  Hopefully someone will come along that can be of more help:-)

Heat works best. Buy a wheat pack and heat it up in the microwave wrap it round yoursore joints and sit and relax. I remember people here talking about hot wax therapy too, where you heat wax in a special warming machine and dip your hands in. Don't burn yourself!

At the end of a day, ice can help too, a cold pack can provide relief when my joints are hot and inflamed.
