I have had 2 recent suggestions to take Fish Oil to assisit in my RA treatment...
One from a friend who is a R.N.(Reg.nurse) and one form old neighbor who I ran into-- who also has RA..
My neighbor says it was the best thing she ever tried! She takes very littlel meds now and has not had a flare in a few years...
Has any one else heard of this? Or anyone else tried it? Just curious?

I have heard other RA sufferers say it has helped. I have not tried it as I am afraid of GI troubles to which I a prone, gas, fish burps.....

My husband and I started taking Omega fish oil a couple of months ago.    I heard it would also be good for my arteries.   Can't say that I've noticed much difference in my joints yet but figure it can't hurt.

By the way I went to see about those horrible headaches I was having and they don't think there is any major concern.   Fingers crossed - haven't had one for almost two weeks now.    Also went to the vascular surgeon and he said he didn't think I needed any further tests at this time as he still finds a good pulse in my ankles.
Told me to exercise, eat a good diet and keep trying to quit the cigarettes.    Just bought one of those electronic vapor cigarettes to try to help with the need to hold a cigarette and puff on something.
Setting Monday as my day to try again.

Even my Humira isn't really doing the trick too well lately.   Think it's all this rain we've been having here in Mass.    I've never seen anything like it.    We live right on a river and it's flowing over the road but all things considered we've been really lucky compared to a lot of folks around the state.

hope you all have a great day,
