Headaches are a common side effect. They should go away after your body adjust to the humira. I am not sure about the tiredness or dizziness. I would ask my doctor about that

mubin, I think it took about a month or two before I noticed the Humira helping.  It kept my Crohn's in remission but didn't help the joint pain as much as I hoped it would, so I switched to Cimzia after about a year.  It's not helping as much as I'd like either.  I can't help you with the water weight question, as I haven't gained any on pred and have been on it for 16 months now.

No side effects and no help from it either. Thumbs down.
