I am here to find tips on how to cope better with the many ways RA can and will wreck my day!  I sm going thru a lot of stress and of course there is nothing I can do about that except to get thru it, but of course is really kicking up the RA demons that are pounding me from my neck to my feet!  I hate to get more nuclear sludge to add my huge supply of pills, potions, lotions, devices and Humira...better go do some bio-feed back now and calm the deamons in my hands.  Hope I will meet more folks to learn how to cope better, get a few answers and just find a place to hang when I need some support.

Hey Sue and welcome to HW and the RA forum smilewinkgrin

I take Humira and MTX for both my RA and Crohn's, this combo seems to take the edge off too much pain.

If I am having a bad day heatpads, walking and yoga help at the moment - heaven help me when they dont tongue

Keep posting on how you are going.

Jo

Hi I am new to the forum too...seems like we are in the same boat.

I have a good support system at home but unless you have the pain you dont really know the pain.....it will be good to talk to people who understand what I am going through.

Rhematoid Arthritis & Psoriatic Arthritis along with a new problem that they can't figure out (fainting)
