Hello Everyone, First I want to say it is amazing one can't disaggree with someone around here. Also, this will be my last post on the RA group. I want support not pity. Yes, I have RA and other medical issues that I don't really want to go into. I am not letting it run my life. Ra is the pits and I would not wish it on someone I don't like. I wish you all good luck and better health in the future. I am getting the feeling I am older than some of you on here and also a think I am wiser. I am sorry that this is not the place for me. Take care all and many blessings.

Take care morning joy, I wish you all the best! I'm sorry you don't feel as though you don't fit in here, I've found it to be a wonderful resource.

Stay happy,

james

P.S.

You are more than welcome to disagree with people here - so long as you can accept people disagreeing with you ;)

Morning joy- I don't know why you say you can't disagree here. Of course you can. If my explanation of what I was not looking for in my post offended you I am honestly sorry. It appeared it was going in a direction that was not what I intended so I explained myself. Also sometimes it is hard to "read" email/message board tone so what you say sounds harsher to someone then what you intended.
I applaud you for being so accepting of your medical issues-and you are really lucky to have been able to over come your obstacles with good grace. Some of us are having difficulty with ours and we are not wanting pity- we are here for support. Support from our peers who are also struggling and relate to what we are going through. Again maybe you are not trying to be offensive and I am misreading your tone. Maybe you are past the point where some of us are stuck and you need not reply to a post like that. But there will be many you can relate to and things you could help people with and things that we could help you with.
You should not stay away based on one post. You are welcome here.

Hi morningjoy,
Please re-consider staying on the RA forum, I know that I have enjoyed reading your posts and so have others. Any input on here is always welcome as each one of us has a story to tell.
When I first started on the forums I found offence about a reply that someone  had posted on the CD forum and stayed away for awhile, at one stage I also thought I was being ignored due to the fact I was from Australia too and the majority were from the US (I blame the prednisone lol). Needless to say I have posted may times since then and have gotten great advice and I like to think I may have given some too lol.
I hope you have a change of heart.
Take care
Jo
