Okay, it's my turn to send out the call - Where is Effie? Has she returned from the sleep clinic? How did it go with you and your husband???? Were you able to get the Humeria on Friday as planned? How did that go? How do you feel? Any reactions good or bad?

Let us know!!!!

Effie, I'm so glad you wrote and am sorry to hear about what you are going through.

As you might remember, my husband and I have a lot of stress between us also. It gets so bad when I'm sick constantly because he just doesn't get it or understand. The only time he's a little understanding is when I get such a bad infection and am rushed to the dr's or urgent care - and that understanding doesn't last since he can't comprehend my body needing more than normal time to recoup from something.

YOU sound as if you've been through so much with your health also and your husband is probably frustrated and not quite getting it himself. Your staying home last week alone was probably very good therapy for you and may have been the better medicine.

I'm sorry you had to postpone the Humeria, but if you had an infection, you can't do anything about it. Just like my weight and so many other things in my life, it's up to you to make things happen (when you are not sick, that is) - and I know how hard it is to get physically and mentally ready to things - espeically ones that scare us or make us nervous and when you are up and down in health so much. I'm hoing you patch things up with hubby and that you find a happy spiritual, emotional, and mental place soon. :-)

I'd like to write more, but have to get going. Plus, I can't afford a donation for extra long posts right now! HA HA! tongue

:-)  effie,
ah so what!  the sleep clininc will still be there when you decide to go! don't even worry about it.  i would say the Humira should be your main concern and resting up. don't feel guilty about it! we all do it.  at least you did get to have some "you" time!  what was the movie called that you were watching the other nite????
have a peaceful nite.
talk to you later

Hi Effie,

So, some of us are little slower about doing things than others. I need to see PCP about the draining cyst this week, so far this week I have not gone. I too am having a cough and couching with junk coming up. But, gee, I have been on antibiotics almost 4 wks starting June 29, that was for 20days, then put Biaxin for 10days due to cyst.

You & hubby probably needed a little distance. Like Erin said, the sleep clinic will always be there. Your Humira needs to be your main goal once you get past your infection. Chin up, gal.
Hugs, Susie

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much. Words seem very inadequate to express how grateful I am to all of you.

You have once again, shared your wisdom, guidance, patience and understanding with me. I thank you all very sincerely.

Tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. I get the shot.

I know I will be fine.

I am more worried about Erin and you guys right now.

I will get there. I promise.

Thank you so much,
Judy
