Hello Everyone!

Now I know that RA can be also linked to Candida overgrowth so I wanna share with you. Go check yourself if you have more than one symptoms I found 5 myself and was diagnosed with Candida overgrowth. You can test the stool in Dr office or the blood in Dr Naturopath office. If you test positive they will advise you the diet to balance your gut bacteria

There are 10 common symptoms of Candida overgrowth:

Skin and nail fungal infections such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, and toenail fungus

Feeling tired and worn down or suffering from chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia

Digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, or diarrhea

Autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ulcerative colitis, Lupus, Psoriasis, Scleroderma, or Multiple sclerosis

Difficulty concentrating, poor memory, lack of focus, ADD, ADHD, and/or brain fog

Skin issues such as eczema, psoriasis, hives, and rashes

Irritability, mood swings, anxiety, or depression

Vaginal infections , urinary tract infections, rectal itching, or vaginal itching

Severe seasonal allergies or itchy ears

Strong sugar and refined carbohydrate cravings

Good Luck!

Hi! Yeast is basically just yeast, wherever it is. I get thrush in my mouth at least once a year since being diagnosed with RA.
