I have had heel spur pain for a couple of years and have been to podiatrists and spent a lot of money on shoes. I recently came across a web site that specializes in comfortable and orthopedic footwear resources - they recommend a lot of european brands. I purchased a pair of Mephistos on recommendation from this site and my pain has all but disappeared. I want to recommend it to others who are looking for comfortable shoes. It is a great source of information.

hey there,

thanks for the info...but we have to avoid advertising.  just out of curiosity for those who suffer the same issues with feet and spurs...are these shoes expensive and are they easy to get?  so glad they've provided you with some relief.

sincerely,

erin

ps...if you want to check out to the right of your screen the forum rules regarding links and all...makes it more clear as to what we can and cannot post.

Hi there,

I am new to this board and wanted comments on comfortable shoes. I am tired of spending $$$$ on shoes that just don't seem to work. I can be emailed with links if you can't post them. Welcoming all suggesting and my feel will thank you! (as well as my legs and hips *lol*)

Have a good day,

Lorraine

The best shoes I've ever had are crocs, but I get the generic ones for under $20. Unless I'm in bed, I have them on. ;)
