Been pretty drained lately.  With the chronic GI problems to the issues with me going out and doing stuff then being down for a couple days afterwards it is wearing on me.  I still hurt less than I did, but I am also finding more things stiff and hurting than did before too.  My hands I believe are getting worse.  I went for several days without my meds because no one would call the pharmacy.  I guess they figured I could just wait till my appointment... NOT!  I was hoping to lose weight before I went but diet isn't my only issue.  I needed to be able to exercise and it seems I get punished for doing so.  I am off the neurontin now but I feel it might have been something I needed for other issues like nerve pain and fatigue.  Because ever since I have been off of that I have had major issues with those two things.  Plus the headaches are horrid.  I tapered it down over a months time so I know it wasn't too fast.  My muscle aches are apparently related to the joint pains because since those are improved so are the muscle pains.  I hate the heat and the summer sun though.  I just get so sick with it, but now that I can get out more I want to get out.  I am sort of looking forward to this appointment so that maybe the doc and I can work together to figure things out.  I so much want to lose weight and stop smoking too and I cant seem to do that when I hurt like this.  I eat more smoke more and exercise less when I hurt the most.  We gotta fix this.  I am seriously in need of something to help me feel better I cant go back to the way things were and I cant keep going like this either.

yikes....a vicious cycle it is.  i say you're a great candidate for integrative medicine....treating the WHOLE person inside and out plus disease and health improvement.

me was a busy sunday and the pain gets unbelievable the more you force yourself to make it through the day.

keep positive, it may take time but things will start to turn around for the better.  the more you put into it, the better the treatment will work as well.

we're all rooting for you!

hang in there.
