I uisually post at the anxiety board but have a long history of arthritis in my knee and ankle
my knee was very painful with torn medisci and I couldnt get an arthroscope, I took glucosamine and other natural things and eventually the medisci seemed to heal up although several docs said this coulsnt happen but I was left with strong pain in the knee
eventually I tried to walk normally, instead of favoring the knee by not fully straightening it.
the pain stopped and hasnt come back, no more tramadol
I agree with the slogan
use it or lose it, but try using it differently
