I've been avoiding this thread today, as I haven't done very well on eating so far :) Had a bag of pretzels for lunch--but I did have yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Problem is I'm going to be starving for dinner.
Here's my information:
Goal Weight: 140
Plan: What Plan? I guess it will be accomplished through watching what I eat and incorporating more exercise into my routine. I will walk for 30 minutes at least 4X a week. I will cut out all sweets, except for fruit. For now.
Well, it sounds like yesterday was a rough day for us all! No one said we were going all out on day one! My day was pretty much shot - but I did keep on the move, even it there was no actual exercise involved. Unfortunately, my calorie intake probably way exceeded any calories burned.
Today I WILL get on that treadmill. I did stretch this morning (almost fell asleep on the floor before I woke the children! doh!) I was going to add another thing to my goals today - but you know what, getting on the treadmill will prove difficult enough.
I've been really tired lately, and I realized I haven't taken my Bcomplex (folic acid) in over a week.....so, I started that back up today. Maybe that will help.

yesterday, after doing some cleaning, my feet hurt so bad I never did exercise. Today I did situps (gotta love Tami Lee Webb!) and the kids and I walked to and from the park as well as did a lap while there. So, it is something. I'm still really tired these days and starting to not feel well....my eye has been feeling swollen, though it doesn't LOOK swollen. I see rhuemy Friday, if it's worse, I'll have him look at it.

I have a confession to make. I've have not done very well with diet this week, but I realize that's because I really don't have a plan to follow per se. I've just been watching what I eat. I've only exercised twice this week. I've got to do better than this guys.
Here's what I ate yesterday (at least I remembered):
Breakfast--fat-free blueberry muffin, fruit salad
Lunch--chicken ceasar salad, piece of bread (bad bad bad)
Dinner--salmon, onion rings, corn
Snack--butterfingers candy bar
