I posted an exercise on the panic board under "Taking a Stress Mgmt Class. I wanted to share it, but don't want to rewrite the whole thing again. Go check it out. It works!

Hey Chell - thanks for posting that. I've done stuff like that in the past (not regularly), but boy do I need a reminder to do it when I feel out of control. It really helps give you a moment to focus and regroup your thoughts. We get so caught up in the hecticness (word?) of life these days it is hard to come to a screeching halt and meditate like that (or power nap as you called it.)

I am DEFINITELY going to try that to my daily life as much as possible!
