I was diagnosed with what the doc says is either crohn's or uc in June this year. I have had migrating joint pains in my ankles and knees for about 4 years before the onset of my bowel problems, and the doctor says these pains are most likely related to the IBD.
That is all well, except now I am experiencing a new kind of joint pain. It started out as a constant pain in my elbow. At first I thought it was a sore tendon, but now I'm not sure. It hurts if i press the bone on the outter side of my elbow and it also hurts if I make certain movements. Like cleaning out of the dishwasher... (guess I don't like that job)
Anyhow.. now I have that same exact pain in my spine. It in the middle of my back, but feels like its more on the left side of the middle. (don't know if that makes any sense to anyone). The pain is constant, and unlike the migrating pain in the sense that it is constant.
Anyone have any clues as to what this might be, and/or any ideas of what to do about it?
