Hi Maggie (luv your name!)
Are you looking for RX or OTC suggestions? The only OTC antiinflammatory that I actually stuck with for an extended amount of time was fish oil (Cor-Omega Fish Oil) it's in a ketchup-like packet, tastes like orange/vanilla frozen custard kinda.
I too can not tolerate any NSAIDS due to IBD (Crohns) so it's upsetting to know that NSAIDS were like the only thing that helped the RA joint pain beside steroids.
I use Tylenol OTC & also Percogesic OTC sometimes.
For the arthritis I use Remicade, 6MP, Mesalamine, Prednisone, Entocort; plus a narcotic pain med.
What do you docs think?
