Hey there! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Yoga.. I take a Yoga/Pilates (yoga-lates?) class.. I love it! I'm with you, it helps to keep me stretched out.. When I am in a flare or just not moving as well as I would like, I like to do the meditation style Yoga.
I started off with Pilates.. I got some DVDs and did those, then when our gym started the Yoga-lates class, I started attending those, and I just love it! I can definately feel a difference if I don't go for a couple of days!
