Feels like tendonitis...

Hi,
 
In the past few weeks I have been having "attacks" in multiple parts of my body. My toes ache and my fingers feel like they are affected by tendonitis. (my middle finger is swollen). I have aching pain in my knee and ankles as well.
 
I don't really know what I am asking - other then if this sounds like the beginning of arthritis?
 
Any replies will be greatly appreciated.

Hey there Pia.. is there any redness or heat coming from the swollen joints? Have you talked to a rheumy? What do you take for your Crohn's? Good luck to you.

Hi Ducky,
I was on Asacol, but since my Chrons is so mild I am off them at the moment. I don't see any redness, and I dont feel any heat coming from the joints that are affected. I have been to a rheumy, but my symptoms were alot milder back then. Is the pain assosiated with arthritis like a shooting pain? I have shooting pains as well as the "tendonitis" feeling.

I get shooting pains when I am in a flare.. How often do you get this pain? Is it all the time? Always in the same joints? Have you tried taking Tylenol or anything like that? I know you can't take an NSAID 'cause of the Crohn's.. hhmm... Hang in there..
