A while back, I had commented that I now had more involvement in my spine - arthritis wise and my rheumy commented that it wasn't AS related. Well, it's not - which is a huge relief to me. I had a appointment with him yesterday and I told him my lower back was bugging me. We looked at my xrays again and the report and I have lumbosacral spondylosis at the L4-L5 facets.

Anyone have some easy to read information on this? Everything I've found is so dog-gone technical!

He also recommended that I get this book "Treat Your Own Back" by Robin McKenzie. Anyone heard of this or even have it? I have refused PT for now as I really don't think I need it at this time.

Thanks for any info.
