I used Enbrel for a short time when I was mistakenly diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I did not notice any side effects other than some injection site tenderness, but then everyone is different and reacts differently to medications. Read the insert that came with the medication to check for all possible side effects. Also if it doesn't get better you might want to discuss it with your doctor. I just found out I have Sjogrens and at this time am not on any meds as I am waiting to see my Rheumatologist to discuss treatment options. At the time I did not know I had Sjogrens but I did notice some joint pain relief and a reduction in pain. That was 4 years ago and my Sjogrens symptoms only started to worsen last year and thats when I went in to my doc. I am very interested in knowing if the Enbrel works for Sjogrens, the dry mouth and eyes and also the fatigue and gland swelling. I very much would appreciate it if you would update us with your reslults with using Enbrel. I hope you feel better and that the problem you are experiencing goes away and is not serious. I do not want to speculate as to what might be causing it as I am not a medical doctor but used Enbrel for about
a 6 month period with no apparent side effects. Wishing you good luck and good health.
