bp spouse is driving me crazy!!!!!

hi HW members,
my bp man says hurtful things i feel like confronting him and saying and defending myself but i know i should not,he is driving me to edges and provoking me,i have no info abt bp and dont understand it anymore .plzz help.

I must admit, I thought you were suffering from BP because sometimes your responses to questions seem to be as if you are bipolar...sorry for the confusion!
But there is so much information online about bipoar.  I know in previous posts people have given you links to some great articles and even some great books.  There were links given to great websites before...if you just look back at old posts.  I think it sounds like that is where you need to start...just in finding out about what you are dealing with.  I understand that you are trying to do what is right...but always remember that being BP does not give a person an excuse to treat people like crap, and not be held responsible.  So you need to decide if your H is trying himself to get better...that you both are working toward a great future.  It is not ok for him to be mean to you.

the amount of stress i am having looks like i would be one michelle,as i cant handle my spouse and worse is he's making bp.dont know how to deal with so much sadness.
