sorry about that! I've been drinking all day! (Coffee that is)

I've cut my coffee down a lot. I may have one or two a week now. And I do think it was a good thing for me to do. Coffee definitely increased my anxiety and just generally made my moods much worse.
But I can't give up my tea...and I don't drink herbal, just orange pekoe--it's my favourite thing
but now i got into the habit of drinking herbal valerian tea b4bed to help wind down.
