I have been feeling alright for about 5 days in a row now.  It is incredible.  Well, today I don't feel totally right but at least I'm not so depressed that I am in tears.  I took my baby to the library this morning for baby reading and play time.  She enjoys it and gets to be around other babies which is good for her.  I was not feeling so well.  I have been fighting a headache off and on for several days now.  I think it is hormones from the pregnancy.  But when we got back, I took a nap with her for an hour and feel better.  I am so thankful that I am doing well for so many days in a row.  This is the first time in months.  Usually it is a day or two of being alright then several days of depression.

Hope all is well with you guys.

I am glad that you are feeling better.  I hope it stays that way.  You could certainly use a break from the depression.  Sleeping always seemed to help with my headaches and I got a lot when I was pregnant.  Just hang in there.

Sounds like you are doing the right things for you and your baby.  Isn't it wonderful to feel well?  I have been doing well for over four weeks now - finally got the right medication.  I will never take feeling okay for granted again.

Good luck to you and continue to feel well!

Try napping every day with your babay. Expecting moms need naps. Moms of young chhildren need naps. And as your baby gets bigger night time might be its active time (mine kicked all night) so I really need naps. I napped with my baby brother. He is 1 year older than my son.

I am so glad to hear you have had some good days!
