Welcome nayxcore to HealingWell.com

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, my best advice would be to talk to someone... you are free to talk to anyone on here anytime and people will reply but you might want to try a doctor or someone you feel you can trust thats around you...

also to take your mind off of it you could always do things like read, write, run, yoga, etc.

do you know what it is that makes you feel this way and what makes it get harder or easier to deal with?

nayxcore,

Welcome to HealingWell. I'm glad you found us. You are in a lot of pain right now and desperate for some connection and relief. We can help with a little of that, but we can't stop you from hurting yourself. You have to do that. Please don't do anything rash.

Call the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433). This is a combined network of the Amerian Association of Suicidology, the National Hopeline Network, CONTACT USA, and many other organizations. Calls are automatically routed to the nearest crisis center to the phone from which the call for help is placed.

There is help for your troubles. Hang in there. Why don't you tell us a little bit more about what's bothering you?

Welcome! You have come to a good place.
We are here for you and please remember that you are NOT ALONE. Some of us have been in the same position you are in. I use to cut myself and wanted to die all of the time too. I couldn't work because of the bipolar; I just got really bad. I was in and out of the hospital and tried lots of medicine combinations before we finally found the right ones to work. I am pregnant right now and off one of the meds though. Please, hang in there. You will get through this. I use to read a lot to help me get my mind off of feeling the way I did. I watched tv too. I found a show that came on everyday that I loved and watched it. I slept a lot too. Anything to escape the thoughts and feelings. I have scars on my arms from the cutting but they are starting to fade. Have you seen your pdoc lately? You really should and tell him/her what is going on. Maybe you just haven't found the right meds yet. Talking to us will help you too. It helps to let it out, trust me.

We are here for you.

Hello Nay,
You need some heavy duty help with your problems right now.
Sometimes crisis lines can give you help ... or tell you what your options are.
Glad you're here. There are a lot of good people willing to help by listening or exchanging stories -you know they are just little bits of light on your screen.
Take care.

Hi Nayxcore,
This is Kitt and I have Depression.  I have 3 friends with Bipolar so I understand how sad you can feel and how alone you feel in a crowded room.

There is something comforting about baring your soul to the members of HealingWell  and still being able to be anonymous. We are here to support you and we do not judge.

If you are feeling you are in need of immediate help please use the Hotline numbers or present to the ER.  Please reach out for help and do not suffer alone. You have a whole group of people here that care about you.

Gentle Hugs
Kitt

God bless you. You will be in my prayers.

My husband sometimes says the same things that you do. Please know that we all care about you.

hi Nay,
I'm new to treatment myself. My situation got so hopeless that I could not deny help any more. I've existed in a funk of anxiety and depression for almost 30 years without support. I wish I had sought help sooner. I'm now seeing a doc and taking meds for bipolar disorder. This site is amazing if your feeling down. The folks here seem to have a great handle on their illnesses and freely share hope and solutions. This is a wonderful outlet for those of us trying to find our way. Just hang in there and realize your not alone. If I can do anything for you let me know.
