I'm sorry you're feeling this way, my best advice would be to talk to someone... you are free to talk to anyone on here anytime and people will reply but you might want to try a doctor or someone you feel you can trust thats around you...
also to take your mind off of it you could always do things like read, write, run, yoga, etc.
do you know what it is that makes you feel this way and what makes it get harder or easier to deal with?
