There is no reason to feel bad. Your putting more stress on yourself for feeling guilty. Hey we all need to do what it takes to keep ourselves well. You have been quite busy the last few days and drained. So you needed some time to regroup! But instead you put yourself through an even more stressful situation. Learn from this.
When you need a time out, take one. It means everything to your well being and your daughter. Next time if you're not up to putting yourself through that there is nothing wrong with telling people you really need some time to yourself right now. If they don't understand that, it's there problem. You need to do what you need to do to stay healthy.
I'm outspoken when it comes to situations like that and would have no problem drawing attention to the situation and telling my sister that her child is acting inappropriately and that she needs to tend to the matter. Otherwise I would say, "you need to keep your daughter away from my baby because she isn't being very nice to her right now and keeps taking all of her toys from her.
