Hi there onmywayup,

Welcome to HealingWell and to our forum. How is your learning process going? Are you currently taking meds? seeing a pdoc? Do you feel stable?

scool  Hey there, onmywayup. Welcome. If you ask, you'll get lots of help here. Also if you're multi challanged as I am, some other forums may help also. I like to think of this challange as trying to climb up a waterfall. Sometimes you get a handle on it, other times you get washed off the cliff. There are a lot of new meds out there for BP. Personally, I prefer the older tried and true meds. That's just me. Trust in your doctors. Forgive yourself, often. Lot's of luck. Knowing your own limitations is important. I'm older now and have mellowed out a lot. Years ago I always took on too much and would get upset with me when I couldn't keep all the balls in the air. Now I take on only what I can handle. Some find me boring. I know better.
