okay so i was depressed for a while, now my mood's getting better by the minute and yesterday i could NOT shut up or stop moving. i'm a shoe salesperson so that actually might bring in some commission today wooo
 
is it bad that i'm stoked about this? haha
to suffer is not enough.

No, not bad, just be careful not to get too high, cos you know these things come in twos. What goes up...

i can relate, when i was manic i would reel in those credit card referrals at work!!!

but when i crashed i was lucky if i could crawl out of my bed to get to work .......

Until the meds stabilize (in my case, maybe in yours) I tend to turn either extreme into a positive. When I'm up I try to get a lot done and channel the energy, when I'm low I catch up on some sleep.

The goal of course is stable moods, but in the meantime I personally see nothing wrong with enjoying and not thinking every phase is a tragedy.

I'm not bsing you either. I found it works.
