it feels good to be not so manic anymore. i've been missing less doses of my meds (i have problems remembering at night =/) so things are more stable. yay =)

but my ovaries always hurt! grr sometimes i wanna rip em out.

closure, i hope you're feeling better. doctors can be annoying. i'm kind of going through that a little bit myself. merrr
mommy2ethan, you're a trip. i've been reading your posts to the mods, hilarious. defend our first amendment rights! haha. i'm also going to try to find that book you mentioned by patty duke... i need a good one after i'm done with my current.
cap, thinking about you. where ya been? hope you're doing well. =)

also spoke to my ex about his ADHD diagnosis. i know that until recently most doctors didn't believe that bp existed in children, however they're finding the old theory to be untrue. his sister is bipolar, and he was diagnosed with adhd because of risk taking behaviors, short attn span, hyperactivity, etc. he said that mania (i'm guessing less severe than bp mania) is associated with adhd.

i'm wondering if he could have possibly been misdiagnosed 12 years ago...

anyone have knowledge?

glad to hear it's just your computer that has the problem...I was a little worried about you because I know you haven't been doing well. just check in when you can and know we're thinking of you. *hugs*

it's entirely possible he was misdiagnosed. how are his behaviors now? Does he show any signs of mania or depression now?

well he used to dink extremely heavily. after his stay in the hospital that slowed down, though. he does get depressed. but he's so quiet and he never really talks about how he feels it's hard to tell. sometimes he is really irritable though, and he'll yell at me for EVERYTHING. no matter what i say. idk, he's not convinced though.

ugh i probably won't be on much today, i had a bad night so i'm trying to get out of the house so i don't think about it so much. my ex has obviously moved on (he's talking to another girl.. she answered his phone last night.. i thought i'd go off the deep end.. but he called me back and talked for a while, whew) so i have to stop holding on now. it's hard and it's my first big break up but school starts soon and that will be a good distraction. it's hard though because i disconnected myself so much from my old friends. i made his life my life. but not anymore. =) it's brittany time.

hope you guys have a wonderful day, i'm going to get my mind in a better place.

Oh that's a hard transition. I'm sorry too. You hang in there. And I know it doesn't make any difference to you now, but in the end, you will be glad you ended it with him. Eventually you will find somebody it is really right with and know that mr. ex-boyfriend just wasn't the one. But right now, just grieve it out and let yourself mourn. You deserve to be pampered a little bit. How do you feel about massages?

thanks for the support ladies. =)

a massage? that sounds amazing. i was thinking more along the lines of getting my eyebrows waxed or something, haha. and probably a haircut and some new shoes. and i think i'm going to move my stuff to a room that gets prettier sunlight, paint it a pretty color, take on a little room project this week. take my little sister to the zoo. i've got some ideas for keeping myself busy and on top of things.

today's been good. i wanna get my mind off this stuff now. =)
