We've talked about bipolar books several times before, but I want to put a list of books on the Bipolar Disorder Resources sticky thread. Please tell me your favorite bipolar book(s) and I will put it on the list. idea

Mine is "The Bipolar Disorder Survival Guide" by David Miklowitz

Thanks,

This book has been very helpful, my social worker gave it to me to read. Its a good read, and I find it to be very helpful.
