Here is a poem I wrote today.  It is a little different than what I normally write so please let me know what you guys think.

The sighing

Listen to the sighing,

It is a sigh of waiting.

But waiting for what?

Does anyone know?

For even I cannot tell.

Hear the sigh again.

Now one of wanting

Wanting someone to notice?

Notice that I am not me?

Now one of anger and rage.

But why full of such things?

So caged and terrible.

Can someone tell me why?

And yet another sigh.

This one filled with sadness.

But why is this so?

Even I do not know.

It's lovely and sad, twisted. I have felt just those things. It's very evocative and emotional. Thank you for sharing it.

Great poem twisted!  I have felt all the pain.

I think the song by cold play (fix you) makes me think he is singing about fixing someone whith Bipolar disorder.

Fix You"

When you try your best, but you don't succeed
When you get what you want, but not what you need
When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse

And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you can't replace
When you love someone, but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

And high up above or down below
When you're too in love to let it go
But if you never try you'll never know
Just what you're worth

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

Tears stream down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face
And I...

Tears stream down on your face
I promise you I will learn from my mistakes
Tears stream down your face
And I...

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you
