SO lets hear what you are positive about or something you are happy about.
For me today it has to be my 5 pain in the butt kitty cats. They are always underfoot, but if i am ever down i have 5 furry friends who work hard to make me feel better.
ALso i am thankful fo rmy health, screwed up as it is, it is still better than so many others. No pain in my life thank god and goddess for that. LOL LOL LOL

Happy Bill good idea starting the week out on a positive note! sometimes i think i am my own worst enemy and set myself up for the inner pain. i am going to try to look at the good stuff and be thankful, instead of always going to the darker side of things. thanks happy bill.

I love it! I have my 3-year-old daughter, who no matter how I'm feeling, insists I be upbeat with her. She's a bundle of life force. She runs and screams and dances and is lovey and naughty and cranky and silly all in 5 minutes. I have no time for depression when I'm with her. (I could probably use a little mania...)

Happy Bill,
Good morning! I am thankful that it is almost Thanksgiving, that is my favorite holiday. Eat big and take a good long nap and eat some more. I am also very very very happy that my new medication is working! I actually woke up Saturday morning and felt like me again, or atleast as close as I can be given the circumstances. I have smiled and loved life for three days straight. This is incredible considering I am a mostly manic person with high anxiety but have been rapid cycling to the extreme lately. That really wears you down mentally and physically. Even my husband said on Sunday "Gee, it is nice to have you back!" He meant it in the nicest way and the fact that we really had a heart-to-heart talk on Friday p.m. and he has finally accepted my illness, that was so amazing. He also knows how hard I try to keep myself well.
I hope everyone has a great day and hopefully lots of good Turkey to eat. Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!

I am happy about my kids all of the time.  All seem to be flourishing well right now and happy in their little lives.

tongue  I am happy today because my hubby brought home a present for me when he came home from work. He asked me to close my eyes and then handed me a bag of Great American - Kathryn Beich Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, (Quality since 1854).
I don't know who she is but the candy is so yummy! smilewinkgrin
He said a friend from work was selling candy for his daughter's school, so he bought a bag.
I'm keeping it near my computer, for when I want a special treat.
