Hi all!

Hope you are all not doing too badly and that you are all safe! :-)

A trivial question but a one I wanted to ask you all.  I've started a blog and I know that there are many other bipolar blogs around but I was wondering if anyone could share 'best practice'?

I guess I need to know what worked for you guys/girls? How did you increase the traffic to it? Did you get good feedback etc?

My blog is going to deal with the issues i face being bipolar in the hope that itd help someone in some way shap or form! However small!!

The address is:    http://bipolar999.blogspot.com/

Please check it out if you get a chance!   Not trying to take you away from healingwell so dont worry! I'll always use this website too! :-)

Hope to hear from you soon!

Take care!!

Thanks for sharing it with us, Greg. It looks interesting. You're brave to step out there and make a blog about it. See if you can find other blogs about bipolar and link to one another. That's one way to increase traffic.

BP Gemini/ Shebsy and all the rest of the gang....how are you all?! Hope you're well?

Shebsy, I took your advice and asked teh owner of that blog if I could link to it but I still haven't heard anything back!

I'll be updating my blog over the next day or two so if you haven't had a look then please do!!  i think I intend to do it on bipolar and driving ie. having to tell the driving agency that you have bp and all the associated nonsense that goes with it! Was going to tak about my experience of it all!

Dont know if you guys in the US have to tell the drving agency that you have bp??? We have to in the UK and there are some nightmare stories!

Please check out my blog http://bipolar999.blogspot.com/

I just saw this post, sorry. I have some suggestions for you. Start and develop several blogs on subjects you know a lot about. I have five, I'm going drop 1 or 2 and have an idea for another one. Credibility and professionalism is of utmost importance. Also, a sense of community over a long period of time gets you quality visits. New blogs are showing up all the time so continue doing searches for them. I can't wait for the day my blog can have a positive twist.
