Olivia,

Thanks for caring.

I am doing better today. Its a beautiful day and that always helps my mood. I am staying balanced and even getting some work and an interview (yikes) done without too much anxiety. Still though I am feeling myself almost dipping into sadness at various times during the day, i'm trying to remain positive and stable and it's going alright!

How are you?

I'm hanging in there. Bad and good days...more bad at the moment. They've adjusted my meds (they are working me up to 80mg Geodon) so I've been pretty irratic because of that and withdraw from the Paxil. But I know it will pass, just gotta keep going.

Well I dont mean to be a downer but I feel like I am about to have a mental breakdown, i am bipolar with panic and agraphobic tendencies. I had been in remission for almost two years and moved and had to change doctors,I know this dr is doing the best he can but i am getting lower and lower. I am home alone most of the time. Married 20 years, no kids. It gets so llonely whe you feel like you are breaking down and no one is there. My husband who has always been soo supportive, didnt act like he cared very much at all. He in involved in a very very stressful job and i hate to bring this on him with all of his stress so i am trying to hang on but dont know how much more i can hang on.  please just give me some feedback, it would make me feel better that mabey out there some one could relate or even care. thank you

the only thing i can think of is talk therapy and maybe seek an activity that you can do to relive some stress.

I understand that leaving the house may seem out of the question but maybe something online (like a book club or something). Moving is tough on anyone and making new friends is even harder, especialy when you can't leave the house much (I've been there too). But there are alot of news clubs and groups you could easily join and meet with people about any interests you may have (Yahoo and MSN both offer a very large variety of such groups, and also meetup.com; but they are more geared to actualy meeting people but you can easily develope a report with people online before feeling comfortable enough to meet them). There may even be some support groups too.

I am doing ok. Still ok with my meds. Under a bit of stress with school, but I think I am handling it well. Except for my apparent snippiness with my husband. For some reason he lately seems to be wearing thin on my nerves :)

I have been feeling extremely drowsy. My anti-depressant is helping a little bit with the depression but I still can't concentrate. I started work a couple of days ago and I can't stop myself from looking at my watch. Nothing excites me or stimulates me. Everyone else around me is so perked up and I feel like a loser.

You're no loser sheeba, just a bit doped up. Maybe the dosage is too much for you. Let your doc know how you're feeling.

i'm doing great. I stopped using **** and it has been 24 days now and i Luv it!!!!! I go to AA and NA ad am following the steps No longer self medicating is the best way to be for me. Now Im taking the dreaded seroquel and liking it. LOL it helps me sleep and i luv to sleep. I slept 8 hours last night for the record since years of insomnia. The only think i don't like is unmentionable side effects(sexual) and i don't know how to spell so don't ask me to ever. i never learned how to spell and i will try to clean up spelling errors but there are mistakes i know.

I hope iI stay this way and things get better even tho I have alot on my plate right now I won't go into it tho it s just the stuff of life and maybe death of a loved one that has lived a long life.

I'm a bit down right now. Things are hard with my DW's agoraphobia right now and money is tight. We are hopefully moving soon... but finding a job in now in/near a tiny town is difficult to the extreme... Meds are helping but I may need to get on some anti-depressants sometime soon.
