racing thoughts

My racing thoughts has caused me relationships, they have gotten that bad. I get something in my mind and the thought goes round and round. I can't get it out of my mind. Then the emotions build. I can't forget. My anger builds and builds. I become enraged over little things. How can I get my mind off of things that bother me instead of letting the thought get worse and blow out of perportion? I need some advice!!!!!

You poor thing Learning. I'm sorry you're suffering. Mania isn't always tea and cakes is it? Have you ever done any yoga? That's one thing that may help calm you down a bit.

I have had people mention yoga to me. But I have social anxiety disorder also. So it is very difficult for me to get out and try new things.
