Hi M&M;

Welcome to HealingWell. I hope you find some of the support and community you need here.

There are two things that you need to take care of. The first is yourself. You say you have a number of health problems, many of which are related to stress. You need to find a way to take care of some of that stress. Yes, you live in a very stressful situation, but short of divorcing your husband you've got to find a way to process that stress or it will continue to eat you up. You need to find a counselor or therapist first, and then get in some sort of healthy routine to help let off some of the stress -- some exercise of some sort perhaps: walking,yoga, going to the gym,etc. The stress won't go away, so how will you deal with it?

The second thing is to get him stabilized. You need his cooperation for this. As slz asked, is he seeing a doctor right now? Is he being treated? Is he compliant with his treatment?

Good luck,

Yes we have been seeing a therapist for sometime now..I used to have a regular work out schedule before my son was diagnosed with a disability and my health became an now all I do is pretty much facilitate doctors appts and medical bills..he leaves me in charge of taking care of both kids, all financial asspects and dealing with my sons disability and having my health problems and barley coping myself has been hard enough
Were working on the meds..he has been willing to try but the things that come out of his mouth or the way he behaves at the moments (cause this med isnt workin) is getting un barable and now its like hes always pissed cause I am paying bills or on the computer..talking to friends, paying bills and going to school online..its like I can never win..
I got an award today and showed him..his response was was is that ****** crap for...then he was like I am just kidding..but it cant be taken back..
I am lost for words..I am taking stress management as well at school as part of my psysical education credits.. any more input? I really appreciate the help..I really could use the advice big time..Im all alone..that what it feels like...
{I edited out a vulgarity per Rule #2, because it could be considered offensive.  I know your husband said it, but... -- thanks, serafena}
