Hi,
I never loved being too far from home but my hbby and I are taking a trip to D.C(Washington). I am not fond of flying, hate being in small places and squashed. I also worry about panic attacks on the plane, basically anywhere on the trip. I have all the meds I just am getting freaked. We are on the West Coast, CA. Any med advice? Do I take my scheduled meds on Wash time or CA time?
Thanx confused

Hi Sharann,

You should take your meds at the same time you are taking them now, so that would be on CA time.

Also, I noticed from another post that you take xanax as needed for anxiety.  I would suggest that you take one before you leave home to help settle yourself. I take this as well for my anxiety as needed and this is what I would do.

I hope you enjoy your trip. blush

I agree completely with Sukay, Sharann. Take the Xanax before you go so you're already calmer before you even get to the airport. That's a long flight. Try to sleep through some of it, if that's possible.

I hope once you're there you have a good time. Good luck!
