I'm tired all the time and I'm getting more and more worried!!
I have had sleeping problems since I was a baby,and I was diagnosed with Phase Delay Syndrome (permenant jet-lag; my body wants to be asleep from 6am-4pm and almost nothing puts me to sleep before than).
I'm used to feeling tired and sick in the a.m. when I usually have to wake up for school or basically anything that happens in normal society, but I've been able to sleep when I want all week and its not helping...I actually feel worse. I've been going to bed around 4am and falling asleep around 6-7am (by taking 5mg Ambien), and waking up from 4:30-5:30pm, but I'm soooo tired that it's starting to really worry me. It's 7:45pm and only now do I feel like I can actually formulate my thoughts to write this post, and get off the couch and take a shower. Being tired always makes me feel SUPER anxious and depressed...which makes everything worse..., but the intensity of the feeling ease as the sun goes down...usually.
What's wrong with me!? Is it something medical? I'm freaking (myself) out!!!
