Hi JoJo,

Welcome to our forum.  I see you're already getting some support from others on here when I read your other posts.

I gave you some suggestions in your post titled: "I Have Bi-Polar".  Have you read that?

JoJo,  when was the last time you seen your pdoc?  Does he/she know of your anger issues?  Have they made any med adjustments?  If it's not helping, you need to contact him soon.

There are anger management classes and therapy options that he could refer you too.  Many of us seek therapy along with seeing a pdoc as part of our wellness/support network.

I'm really concerned for your husband and especially your children and I'm glad that your children are with your mom right now.  You really need to see your pdoc A.S.A.P. to help protect them and until you get well enough to get them back like you want to.   Make the call as soon as possible.

I wish you wellness.

Please keep us posted but remember that you only need to post your question one time. We see it and some one will respond to it when they come on.  It gets very confusing when you post the same questions twice.

Hi JoJo,
Welcome! It sounds to me like you may need to see your pdoc/therapist and talk about what you are going through and feeling right now.

When my husband was off his meds and starting a manic phase he would do some of the things you mentioned. Are you off your meds?

I would really suggest talking to someone - whether it's a therapist, anger management counselor or your pdoc (if you have one).

We're here for you but you should probably take some steps to help manage what you are going through too.

Sending good thoughts your way!

You sound a lot like my mom. My dad and I recommended therapy for her. We also told her to cut the caffeine from her diet. So, if you have any caffeine during the day, I would switch to decaf or caffeine-free. She of course refused therapy being the stubborn person that she is. However, the doctor got her on anti-depressants because her anger was affecting her blood pressure. She has blood pressure issues. I'm wondering if you do or not because anti-depressants might work.
