When I was depressed I started watching cooking shows on t.v.
I don't know why. But it made me more interested in food. I like
to make a chopped salad with apples, nuts, cucumbers, tomatoes
and whatever is in the fridge...then pour a viniagrette dressing on top.
Fresh veggies really help my body/mind. Peanut butter and jelly on
brown bread is easy and good too. Also those baked rotisserie chickens
from the grocery deli are delicious, easy, and a good protein source.
