slz Hello I had the same problem when i had to return to work. It was my third time returning after being off on medical leave, some of that unpaid. i was in the hospital for the second time in that year. i did not return i went out on disability. its alot of work but it was better then the worry and fear that i was going throw. if you feel u can't get back to work maybe disability is a good avenue. I hope the best for you, good luck hang in there.

Hello. You don't sound well enough to work. You sound like you're being incapacitated by anxiety right now. I think you need to tell your doc you can't sleep because you're worrying. That's a symptom, and you should be treated for it.

Good luck,

I totally agree with serafena.  You need to get into seeing your poc today and let him know what is going on with you.  This is only setting you back further.
Keep us posted.
