I have Bipolar I and have had difficulty holding down a job. I have a special ed teaching credential, and taught special ed for 2 years, but it was so hard and stressful, and 2 years is the longest I've held a job. I want a low-stress job that is still fun...

Any ideas?

Hi xiaoxitia,

Welcome to HealingWell and to the bipolar forum. Have you thought about part time teaching positions? I was a high school teacher and it was just too stressful for me as well. Now I teach at a college part time.

those were good ideas! I have some thinking to do! The travel agent one sounds so fun...so does flight attendant, and part-time teaching...a practical good consideration!
