Anyone make any New Year resolutions?

I think for myself they're almost counter-productive, but it's a good thing to do. My husband and I are going to try and get more fit.

I've been walking my dog an hour and a half three days in a so far row
to lose weight. I hope to keep this up as it helps my anxiety too.

Can't break them if I don't make them.

I'm going to keep on trying to do all the things I know I should be doing, but I won't make myself any special promises just because January 1st came arround.  I've never followed through on any of the other years- I don't feel like making empty threats this year.

I was recently diagnosed BPII, so my resolution is to keep/get it controlled and not fail another semester of school! I'm going to try to walk the dog to, especially when I start getting anxiety attacks or get irritable. It's just TOO COLD right now!
