Do you have a lot of interestes when you are in an elevated mood?  I do!  I train dogs, breed rabbits, sew and cook.  And if I'm hypomanic, I'm probably trying to make a pair of shoes or some other crazy venture.

What do you guys do?

When I'm in an elevated mood, I shop, shop, shop. Also, 1 of something isn't enough. If I see a dress or a book that I want, I have to get at least 3 books and/or 3 dresses. I can't sleep much, I watch tv but don't remember anything about it, and worry about myself. I tend to be more abrupt when my mood is elevated, too.

Do you ever buy the wrong size or poorly fitting shoes online?  My SO bought me some winter boots online and I'm worried they won't fit!  :)

I don't have $ or credit cards to shop with.  Although the last hypomania, I bought mice, a kitten, chickens and a goat - and I lived in a city neighborhood!shocked   tongue lolol  I had way too much fun.  I ended up selling the livestock after about a month.  I was sad to see them go.

Hey Tortoise, Honestly I have have had excellent luck buying online shoes, it is the only place I will buy shoes as they are such a deal... also read the reviews most will tell you if they fit true to size. U buy mine, my DH and DS shoes online too... Never one problem...
That is funny about the mice, chicken, goat... I have wanted chickens for so long...... My husband would kill me.

FIrst i love to ride my bikes, all 5 of them. LOL LOL Actually my therpast thought thats why i
had such good control over my condition before the meds was because i would train for up to 5 hours a day on the bike. I rode the energy out of my body day after day. In fact this will mark my  thrid year of commuting by bike instead of driving the car.

Second i love to work with my hands, building models, working on my model railroad, working on the house, you name it but it felt so great to create.

Third and in no particular order but i am surprised this hasnt been said before now, SEX. LOL LOL LOL  It's both fun and free, what could be better. LOL LOL

And when i finally come down its time for a good book, comfortable couch, the simple things.
